－試薬組成および計量方式の改良による保守負荷の低減－
日本の水質総量規制では閉鎖性水域への一定以上の排水を行う事業所に対して全窒素および全りんの測定を義務付けている。2004年に販売開始した従来機種のTPNA-300は、その高い信頼性と環境負荷の小ささから広く市場に受け入れられ、水質汚濁監視の一端を担ってきた。TPNA-500ではこの強みを生かしながら、試薬交換周期の延長や誤検知の少ない計量方法の開発などを実現することで保守性を向上させた。ある食品工場排水の測定事例では、従来機種と比較して配管の洗浄など保守時間を1/6以下に削減できることが確認された。保守時間が削減されたことでライフサイクルコスト低減に貢献できる。
Automatic Total Nitrogen/Phosphorus Monitor TPNA-300 is widely accepted by the market because of its high reliability and low environmental load. TPNA-500 inherits its advantage and is enhanced its maintainability. Main improvement points are two; one is an extension of reagents exchange term and another is a gauge method less detection error due to line stain. In a case of waste water measurement of foods plant, maintenance time could be reduced to less than 1/6 compared with TPNA-300. This reduction of maintenance time will contribute to lowing of Life Cycle Costs.
