近年の半導体の微細化によって，製造プロセスで使用される薬液濃度の管理幅は厳しいものとなってきており，最先端のプロセスに合った高精度な薬液濃度モニタが求められている。本稿では，濃度安定性を従来機から大きく向上させるべく開発したCS-100Zシリーズを報告する。
Miniaturization of semiconductor devices requires more and more tighter control of chemical concentration in the cutting-edge production processes, and highprecision concentration monitoring tool is necessary to meet the demand. In this paper, we introduce our new model “CS-100Z” series in which significant improvement of measurement stability is attained.
