ラマン分光法は，試料の状態や測定の目的に合わせて，多くの測定手法が開発されている。特に顕微ラマン分光法の急速な普及に伴い，ここ数十年で感度は数桁のオーダーで向上している。特にラマンイメージングのいくつかの新しい技術が開発され，新しい分析分野に適用されつつある。ここでは，最近話題のトピックスから，新しい分析手法の適用例を解説する。これらの分析手法に対応するHORIBA顕微ラマン分光装置のアクセサリーと機能についても紹介する。
Raman spectroscopy have been progressed with new technologies applied to specific applications. By combining microscopy, its sensitivity has been increased as several orders in these decades. Especially, some new technologies for Raman imaging has been developed and will open new analytical world. In this repor t, we explain new Raman application of pharmaceuticals, carbon materials (graphen and carbon nanotube), and lithium ion battery. In these, Raman analytical technology used in HORIBA group products are also introduced.
