3)生物质氢气:通过气化和改造生物质而产生。生物质是来自植物和动物等的有机资源。

为了更大量、更低成本地生产更高纯度的氢气,我们需要不断发展生产工艺技术,并通过监测整个生产过程和分析工艺中使用的催化剂和材料,来提高吸收剂的吸附和再生性能。

在制氢技术中,蒸汽重整作为生产大量氢气的最廉价和最有效的方法被广泛使用。然而,因为使用这种方法制氢会排放二氧化碳,它被称为 "灰氢"。为了实现碳中和,必须减少这种灰氢的比例。

在任何一个问题上,资源利用的关键词都是 "高效 "和 "低排放"。为了达成此目的,我们向客户提供用于制氢过程中气体监测的高精度测量解决方案。

监测高纯度氢气中杂质气体的浓度

监测PSA吸附剂的降解情况

在氢气生产中,用于燃料电池的氢气需求呈上升趋势。其中,ISO 要求 FCEV 的氢气浓度须为99.97%或更高,且对每个杂质的浓度标准都有明确的规定。为了确保这一纯度,有必要使用变压吸附(PSA)方法来提高氢气纯度。
